Arbosana

This batch is made from arbosana olives, a variety originally grown in Spain that have become a global staple. The arbosana tree is a dwarf, so it grows happily in the dense rows that are now favored here in California.

These particular arbosana olives are grown just twenty miles from the Fat Gold mill, so their journey is quick: always a good thing for quality. This batch is verdant and herbaceous. It’s mellow and velvety on the palate.
